We report a patient presenting with a case of metastatic liposarcoma to the thyroid and an updated review of the literature on all cases of metastatic sarcomas to the thyroid. This case emphasizes the role that a patient’s medical history plays when evaluating thyroid nodules to promote accurate diagnosis.
