1.5 c … Greek Vanilla Yogurt
3 oz … Orange Jell-O mix
Whipped cream, to top (optional)
Line a mini cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
In a medium microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine yogurt and Jell-O mix, stirring to combine. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring after each minute. Fill each cupcake liner with yogurt/Jell-O mixture. Chill cups for all least 2 hours before serving.
Store in an airtight container, refrigerated for up to 3 days. Top with whipped cream just before serving.
