The Risk Model is the first validated model that is predictive for the important niche group of low-stage Oral Cavity Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OCSCC) patients. The current study tests the hypothesis that the Risk Model has added prognostic value for low-stage OCSCC patients. These data can become the basis for predicting which low-stage patients are significantly at greater risk for recurrence.
