We have been closely monitoring the severe weather forecast for the Northeast. At this time, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule the entire THANC Golf Outing, including golf, cards and dinner, for Monday, October 19th at Old Oaks Country Club.
No event activities will take place on September 28th.
We know schedules are not always flexible and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this decision creates. We are deeply grateful for your support and hope you will be able to join us on October 19th.
We’re excited to announce that a Mahjong lesson with Jill Baker will be available for card players.

Swing into action with us for a fun-filled day of golf! If golf is not your forte, you can still join us for mahjong or card playing in the early afternoon! As the sun sets, we’ll mingle over cocktails and hear an inspiring story of one person’s journey with cancer. It’s more than just golf—it’s an experience of camaraderie, hope and support.

- 11:30 AM Shotgun – Start
- 2:00 PM Card Player Check-in
- 2:30 PMGameplay Starts for Card Players
- 4:30 PM Cocktail Reception, Awards & Dinner
Important Info: Tax Deductible & Signage Deadline
The non-deductible portion of each contribution is $650 per golfer, $200 per card player and $175 per dinner guest.
If your contribution level includes signage, please submit all signage information by September 4th. If received after that date, signage cannot be guaranteed. Feel free to send signage info to: golf@thancfoundation.org
If you plan to attend the event, it is not permitted to purchase a registration with a donor-advised fund (DAF). In accordance with federal law, we will only accept DAF payments for donations where no goods or services are provided.
