SPOHNC

Support for People with Oral and Head and Neck Cancer

The THANC Foundation is pleased to sponsor a Manhattan chapter of SPOHNC.

This support group meets monthly at the Institute for Head and Neck and Thyroid Cancer at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center. Regularly scheduled meetings are held every 4th Thursday of the month. In November & December, the meetings are moved to the 3rd Thursday to accommodate for the holidays.

SPOHNC is a nonprofit self-help organization that is dedicated to raising awareness of oral and head and neck cancer and to supporting cancer patients. By maintaining its National Survivor Volunteer Network and over 125 local chapters of support groups throughout the United States, SPOHNC strives to inform, connect and empower oral and head and neck cancer patients.
