Extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma (EES) is a rare soft tissue tumor infrequently found in the head and neck. This paper presents a case report of a 19-year old male with an unusual presentation of a buccal space EES which can hopefully offer insight for future diagnosis of this rare tumor type.
