Combined mandibular (lower jaw) and maxillary (upper jaw) surgery may be necessary for tumors that involve both structures. Proper reconstruction of these structures are critical in managing nasal secretions and preventing infections. This case series discusses three approaches to combined mandibular and maxillary reconstruction.
