THANC presents a difficult case of a transoral mandibulectomy and osteocutaneous free flap reconstruction. While this surgery is a safe and effective option for avoiding facial scars, it remains technically challenging and requires meticulous preoperative planning. We aim to describe the interesting clinical case and the impact of three-dimensional virtual planning.
