The THANC Foundation attended ThyCa’s Second Annual Thyroid Cancer Workshop at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY on Saturday, June 9th, 2018. THANC was invited to present our program, the Thyroid Care Collaborative (TCC), to over twenty physicians, patients, and caregivers.
“We are so thankful to ThyCa for giving us the opportunity to highlight our thyroid care program,” said presenter Craig Bickford, THANC’s Director of Product Management and IT. “The TCC was created to provide convenient healthcare management for patients and doctors, and with ThyCa’s support, we were able to inform both groups of this free resource.”
The TCC is the only thyroid care portal, educational tool and data registry in existence. The site allows doctors to record important data about their thyroid patients, and then share that data with both the patient and the other doctors on the care team.
