Subscapular Free Flap: a Retrospective Chart Review

This retrospective chart review from 2004 to 2012 is the largest case series to date in which the THANC Foundation examined all patients who underwent the subscapular system of free flaps for head and neck reconstruction. With an overall success rate of 98%, we found that the subscapular free flap is an excellent option to reconstruct complex oromandibular and palatomaxillary defects.
