We report a case of a complex defect requiring a radial forearm free flap (RFFF) including muscle. The composite flap, which involved the brachioradialis (BR) muscle and the flexor digitorum superficialis (FDS) muscle, was used to reconstruct a pharyngeal wound with soft tissue damage.
