Jack Levy

Over thirty years ago, Jack was diagnosed with larynx cancer. When he wasn’t busy entertaining his growing family, Jack was growing his business, always talking to clients and colleagues. Knowing that his voice would be affected by his cancer, he was afraid. “What will happen to my family? What will happen to my business? Will I have a social life?”

When we sat down with Jack in Spring of 2013, he explained the importance of remaining true to yourself throughout the cancer journey. Despite the change in his voice, Jack recognized that it was his personality, his smile, his spirit, that made him who he was – not his voice and definitely not his cancer. We hope that by listening to Jack’s words you will be reminded that no matter your diagnosis, you are still you.
