A Surgical Solution to Trismus in Patients After Desmoid Tumor Excision

A common consequence of surgical management for oral desmoid tumors is trimus, or limited jaw movement. THANC presents a case in which a parascapular free tissue transfer allowed for the successful release of severe trismus in one pediatric patient following surgical excision of a desmoid tumor in the deep facial space.
