This article presents a surgical technique that can be used to address tracheostomal stenosis, a serious concern following total laryngectomy, while maintaining a patient’s ability to pursue postoperative speech rehabilitation through tracheoesophageal puncture (TEP). The highlighted case demonstrates the success of this technique.
