Will Karle worked for the THANC Foundation during a planned research year between his 3rd and 4th years at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. During his tenure at THANC Will was involved in several research projects leading to publications and was able to scrub into cases with Dr. Urken once a week. Since then he has finished medical school. He served as an Otolaryngology resident at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary for some time. Will currently attends in the Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery department at the Mayo Clinic.
