Lauren Yue grew up in Guilford, CT, and graduated from Wesleyan University in May 2017, where she majored in Neuroscience. At Wesleyan, Lauren was a midfielder on the Women’s Varsity Field Hockey team and served as a captain during her senior year. After her work at THANC, she pursued her goal of attending medical school and enrolled at Drexel University College of Medicine. In 2024, Lauren matched in Pediatrics at New York-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell for her residency in New York City, marking an exciting step forward in her career in medicine and public health.
