Avi Asher is a two-time cancer survivor, having been diagnosed with neuroblastoma at age two and thyroid cancer at age twelve. These experiences inspired a lifelong commitment to supporting others facing serious illness. Avi has served on young professional boards and frequently speaks with families and groups, sharing his story and offering encouragement to those navigating their own journeys.
Originally from Chicago, Avi attended college at Tulane University before beginning his career in New York City with Ernst & Young. He is a CPA and Manager in the Assurance practice, working with clients in the healthcare and health technology sectors.
Outside of work and advocacy, Avi enjoys cheering on the Chicago Cubs, attending music festivals, and spending time with friends and family.
