Trimodality Management of Sinonasal Undifferentiated Carcinoma

Sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC) represents a particularly rare subtype of sinonasal cancer that is highly aggressive. There remain several areas of uncertainty in the management of this disease, including sequencing of the various therapeutic modalities, optimal chemotherapy agents and dosing, and optimal radiation dosing and targets. In this present study, THANC aims to report the outcomes of different treatment modalities of SNUC and highlight the impact of a trimodality approach on the outcomes of this disease.
