In this case report, THANC presents an extraordinary simultaneous occurrence of two rare tumors (ameloblastoma and keratocystic odontogenic) in the maxilla of a 41-year old gentleman. By doing so, we aim to describe the differences in the radiological appearance of these lesions – an otherwise challenging diagnostic task.
