Under the expert guidance of the THANC Foundation’s founder and chief medical advisor, Dr. Mark L. Urken, this article presents a case in which a novel application of two well-established surgical techniques was used to reconstruct a forehead defect. It is important to note that this innovative approach was not only a surgical success, but a quality of life success. It reduced postoperative downtime, increased comfort, and provided the patient with excellent aesthetic results.
