THANC’s Research Associates (RAs) work with a team of doctors and scientists from different fields to write and publish scientific research. They present their work to a variety of head & neck and thyroid-related conferences and submit manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals. The RAs are deeply involved in getting the proper authorization and oversight for their research. They work closely with patients, following them throughout their entire clinical course, collecting data for clinical studies, and reviewing patient charts.
Of all of THANC’s programs, this one has yielded the most progress toward our mission of patient support, education and research. They are deeply involved in every one of THANC’s projects—planning, writing, researching and publishing. Please donate today to fund this incredible program.
