Justin Joseph

Research Associate

Originally from Westfield, NJ, Justin graduated from Emory University with honors, where he studied Economics and Human Health. Justin’s research journey began as a high school intern at the THANC Foundation, where he developed a keen interest in patient-centered outcomes research. He went on to lead a multi-institutional task force investigating young adult stroke and leading the only young stroke and traumatic brain injury support group in Atlanta. In addition to his research work, Justin is also active in his community, teaching math to 4th and 5th-grade students, volunteering at the YMCA, and serving as head teaching assistant for the chemistry department. In his free time, Justin enjoys exploring new restaurants, getting lost in new cities, and binge-watching the latest Netflix series. After completing his work at THANC, Justin plans to pursue a career in medicine.
